Returns
For physical products only (not courses/digital offerings)
My only goal with any physical products is for you to be happy and love what you bought.
If for some reason you’re unhappy, I’m happy to accept online returns within 15 days of your purchase date for a full refund or exchange for an item of equal value (if in stock). Items returned after the 15-day return period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in undamaged and clean condition.
To make a return, please email kirk@bone.haus with your order number. I’ll work with you to make sure you’re happy one way or another and get the return sorted. Once I receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If your return is accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your original method of payment.
