Pirates Electronics
Pirates Electronics and I teamed up to help bring some fun and exciting visuals to a refreshing product / website. Pirates was very successfully funded through Kickstarter as a new tool to help people of all ages learn traditional digital / analog electronics in a similar fashion to the way a place like Code School teaches software programming.
The site and project called for various illustrations, patterns, and icons to help visualize the ideas, as well as promote inspiration, and further the branding.
Process & Sketches
The project started as 4 large scale illustrations like the mountain range here, we learned quickly that while we found these images highly inspirational and exciting, they weren't going to cover all of our marketing needs. We swapped some of these out later for illustrations and patterns to use for the website to help teach about the product.
