Desmond's World

My young Hawaii-born (but very much American) nephew is an avid skateboarder, surfer, jiu-jitsu fighter, and general lucky life happy child with a set of wonderful parents who entrust him to get very physical at skateparks.

For Des's birthday, the past two years, I've made some artwork for him, a set of stickers to hand out to his friends at the skatepark, focusing on his favorite activities, and later a portrait of himself for my brother and sister-in-law to hang up of their little grom.
