Frequently Asked Questions

If there's anything that I didn't answer below, please don't hesitate to reach out. I want you to be happy!

How do you make these prints?

All digital prints are done with an Epson 3880. That means archival inks (Epson Ultrachrome K3) on fine art paper. They are printed by myself from my home office and each one looked over carefully by myself on what I believe to be the best paper around. They're built to last and look amazing. I think you'll be impressed.

When will you ship my print?

I try to get these out within a couple days but depending on my schedule it may take longer. In general I'll stay in touch if it goes further out than 3 days or so.

Your shipping is expensive!

I won't ever charge more than it costs. Domestic prices are based on Priority Mail (3 day, tracking number, insurance) and are shipped flat. I add a dollar or so for shipping supplies (envelopes, plastic bags, tape, cardboard etc). International prices are based on First Class mail (6-10 days) and are also shipped flat. I've found this to work out best in most ways but am always open to suggestions!

Your shipping is FREE?!

Yeah! So I've since changed some stuff with shipping around the site. I'm trying to find a middle ground where you guys aren't paying as much, and I'm not losing money. Shipping is free now but naturally a small price jump in the product itself. Basically a fair price (as always) that makes life easier for both of us. International still costs but cheap as possible!

What about frames?

I recommend these simple black frames to go along with the print (just be sure to choose the right size) - I've bought them many times for others' art.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

I'll email you with a tracking number. They will be shipped via USPS from Massachusetts and I always try to get prints out in the mail within a few days of the order.

What kind of paper do you use?

The paper type is listed in the details of each print. Generally I use Epson Hot Press 330gsm. Either natural or bright white. I've gone through about 30-40 types of paper and find this to be the highest quality.

Can I get a refund?

If you received your order and are not happy with it, please email me and I'll do my best to resolve the issue. I don't want anyone unhappy at all.

My package came damaged, uh oh.

Yea, shit. Okay well just email me and I'll yell at the Post Office, although I'm not sure there will be too much I can do other than pack safely.

Can I get a custom print?

Yea, email me and I'd be happy to work on something for you!

Are these really frequently asked?

No, I just made them up in hopes to help you out progressively. If you have any other questions please feel free to email me and ask.
